MEET YOUR INSTRUCTOR

Hello, I’m Deepak Maurya

I’m a CAD, CAM and Mould Designer with over 3 years of industry experience, and I specialize in turning ideas into real, manufacturable products. I’ve worked closely with both design teams and machining, which has given me a clear understanding of how a good design can make or break the production process.

In my journey so far, I’ve worked on everything from plastic injection moulds and product modeling to CAM programming for CNC manufacturing. I’ve spent hours behind both the computer and the machine — so I don’t just design for how things look, but for how they’re actually made.

My Skillset Includes

  • 3D modelling and technical drawings using SolidWorks, AutoCAD, and NX

  • Complete mould design for injection moulding

  • Tool path creation and CNC programming using CAM software

  • Understanding of manufacturing tolerances, parting lines, ejector systems, cooling, and runner design

  • Working with machinists to bring designs into real production

  • Troubleshooting design issues to improve production efficiency

Why I Teach

I started teaching because I noticed many students and even entry-level designers lacked a connection between theory and floor knowledge. I want to change that.
In my classes, I focus on real-world projects, not just textbook examples. I show students how designs are made, why they fail, and how to improve them for actual production. My goal is to help you think like a designer and a manufacturer at the same time — a skill that’s highly valued in the industry.

Let’s Build Your Skills

If you’re looking to become a skilled CAD CAM and Mould Design professional, I’m here to guide you step by step — from software basics to designing complete moulds and manufacturing-ready models.

Hello, I’m Govind Rajbhar

I’ve been working as a CNC Turning Programmer and Operator for the past 5 years, and during this time, I’ve had the opportunity to work with a wide range of components, machines, and materials. My work has taught me one thing above all: real skills come from doing — and that’s exactly the mindset I bring into my training sessions.

I began my career hands-on in the workshop, learning step by step how to read drawings, set up machines, write programs, and solve real machining problems. I know what it’s like to be new, to make mistakes, and to grow through hands-on experience. And that’s why my teaching is focused on practical learning — the kind that prepares you for real jobs, not just passing a test.

My Experience Includes

  • Writing G-code and M-code programs manually, Cycle and using CAM software

  • Operating various CNC lathes (Fanuc, Siemens, etc.)

  • Precision setup, tool selection, and workholding methods

  • Optimizing machining processes for speed and accuracy

  • Working on components for automotive, industrial, and custom applications

  • Troubleshooting real-time issues on the shop floor

Why I Teach

I teach because I’ve seen so many students and fresh workers enter the field without proper guidance. They struggle to connect theory to real-world application — and that’s where I come in. I’m here to bridge that gap. I focus on clear explanations, patient mentoring, and building confidence in my students. I’ll help you not just learn how to run a CNC machine, but understand why it works the way it does, and how to make decisions on your own.

Let’s Get Started

If you’re serious about becoming a skilled CNC Turning professional, I’m here to help. My training is hands-on, honest, and fully focused on real-world machining.
